I have boat with an unusual size seat pedestal post. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing. Problem is that replacing the pedestal base means different holes in the floor and patching the old holes. I was happy to find this part available and happy to have free shipping from Amazon. I only gave it four stars because of some minor (appearance only) flaws in the casting.
